Recruitment and Induction

Obvious, next step after recruitment is...
Induction process
With some LCs still in the selection, some in the Induction
What does it mean for MC- that we are in everything :-)
Trying to support process in each LC questioning the process more than usually;-)
Having long cats about added value of session about values ;-)
Explaining and discussing brand eXPerience and trying to schedule travelling to the LCs with our other duties.
Everyone will have the opportunity to come to the LIS and LC meet MC:-)
After visit in Plovdiv I paid week ago I realize again how important it is and how it can change a lot.
